Digital Course Access
Our products are digital courses delivered instantly. Access begins as soon as your purchase is completed.
Cancellations and Refunds
- You may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
- To request a refund, contact our support team with your order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Partial refunds are not available for partially completed subscription periods.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel renewal at any time in your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
One-on-One Sessions
Individual coaching sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Sessions missed without notice are non-refundable.
